- When I chose a breakfast menu green smoothies and drinking milk is not milk that usual almon. Sometimes I also provide oatmeal with fresh fruit.
- For the lunch menu I chose a large salad, vegetarian burgers, vegetarian leftovers from dinner the night before, Sweet Potato Pecan, or labelled veggetti and also some spaghetti sauce and also add zucchini. For protein I consume edamame, tofu, nuts and more.
- For the dinner menu is free for me! Sometimes I eat vegetarian meals or also the meat and cheese.
