“I am not going to sugarcoat it, this detox is hard,” she added. “On Fasting days, I try to keep busy and, if I am home, I will avoid going into the kitchen. For the remaining days, if I am hungry, I’ll grab a handful of almonds–but I really try to not snack in any respect.”
