Egg Substitute:

On the Military Diet, you can replace 1/4 cup of seeds, nuts or, one chicken wing eggs to get a cup of milk or 2 pieces of bacon.

Apple Substitute:

Instead of apples, attempt dried apricots or plums, peaches, grapes, zucchini, pears.

Cottage Cheese Substitute:

We are able to replace cottage cheese with ham, ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, or simple Greek yogurt.

Vanilla Ice Cream:

In the Military Diet, vanilla ice cream can be substituted for a cup of fruit flavored yogurt or apple juice. A non dairy product Substitute that is great is vanilla, strawberry or banana flavored almond milk. Don’t replace chocolate almond milk.

Saltine crackers:

Rice cakes really are an ideal Substitute for saltine crackers. Should you replace saltine crackers for some other cracker, like gluten free, be sure you’re eating an identical number of calories.
